XMAINTHOTEL is published by Allyx Technologies, a French SME based in Saint-Étienne, specialising in maintenance management for over 30 years.

Our founder, Jérôme Perrin, combines technical training gained in industry with knowledge of the hotel world: his family has run a group of luxury and chain hotels for two generations. We therefore understand what matters in a hotel, where comfort, availability and responsiveness are essential.
